TWRP FAILED (remote failure)

So, I was trying to install the twrp, but when I do put out the comand for the flash recovery I get this section:

I did try to just boot it already and got this:
downloading 'boot.img'...
OKAY [ 1.216s]
booting...
FAILED (remote failure)
finished. total time: 1.400s

Can anyone help?
