I have flashed TWRP 3.0.2 with heimdall to my SM-P600. According to the output everything went out fine:

Code:
$ heimdall flash --no-reboot --RECOVERY twrp-3.0.2-0-lt03wifiue.img
Heimdall v1.4.1
