TWRP flashing error-please explain

I just unlocked my bootloader but keep getting an error when trying to flash TWRP (see in red below). I have tried both 3.0.2-0 and 3.1.1.0. I got both files from the TWRP website. I have turned the phone off immediately after flashing and tried to reboot into TWRP but that hasn't worked.

Need suggestions please.

I got it. I re-read the "how to" thread and this is what I wasn't doing: Reboot to recovery after flashing the twrp image. Then reboot your device from recovery.
