Edit: Also Magisk 20.4 installation over zip works now in twrp! No complicated installation over the boot.img anymore!

Unlock first bootloader

Install TWRP via Fastboot mode

fastboot reboot recovery

FORMAT /data partition (NEVER wipe System or Persist!)

Copy ROM to the internal storage

Install ROM

Reboot
