I couldn't do it on EU Rom either. What helped me was wipe to factory settings and do it before cloning any apps, no sim, no wifi.

Thank you for your reply. I solved it installing the Magisk trought the TWRP and add-ons (Shamiko, SafetyNet Fix), then I stucked bypassing CTS profile... and I solved it with Magisk Props Configuration
