Hi!

I'm running AEx Pie on my mido with Samsung camera sensor. Since Oreo, video recording on custom ROM went really dark. I can solve this issue by using the BOLTiSHok_superFPS-vendor.zip that I believe is an old mod. It's not even a magisk module, I flash it every time I install/update a ROM.

The thing is, it doesn't enable 60fps recording.

I went ahead and installed that 15.05.2018 magisk module and now I'm able to recording in 60fps, but, videos are dark again.

Is there anything else I can do?

Thanks!

Is there a fix for android 8.1 ?

60fps with Gcam doesnt work. With snapdragon cam its much more bad.

using magisk modules doesnt make anything better.

or do i make anything wrong ?

i tried to use the camera 60fps dark light fix with RROS Luisbuild Android8.1 with Francokernel.

With nougat some month ago everthing worked fine, but since oreo everything is buggy.

so can somebody help me for oreo with magisk ?
what files do i exactly need to install ?
do i need to install the modules with magisk or is Orangefox recovery useful to ?

If anyone is looking for latest Magisk mod for 60/90 fps gcam recording, here's the download link: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=1RkHruqNGIKnkgfhX0B7BaeEGYc-airBc

It was updated in December, intended for Gcam (Ore/Pie). Also included 30fps viewfinder mod and mic fix for audio/video recording.
Remove old camera mods first if you are updating.

I installed those in syberia rom (android p) and had FC with every camera app I could try.Does it work on P, which camera can be used with those mods? (a link would be nice)

Just flashed pixel experience and those modules, haven't tested the mic, but video in low light has some grains, looks weird, is this normal? or do I have to tweak something?
In my case, when recording they're some grains but not much. Also i'm not tweaking anything to my camera. Its normal to have such thing when recording in low light situation

Even $1000 DSLR cameras can have grain in low light, you are using $150 phone camera, please think before you post something.
