Yes. When the Pie update rolled out, this is what I did:

Flashed stock Oreo RUU
Updated to Pie
Factory reset through phone settings
Set up phone
Flashed TWRP
Flashed Magisk

Works perfectly.

Just in case. Sometimes people experience problems after a major update, so might as well do it now and start fresh.
