TWRP Messedup (bootloop in twrp)

I actually dont know what has happen, i gave my phone to younger brother he formatted my SD card and messed up some settings i guess. I cant boot my device it bootlops to twrp even if i install a new fresh rom tried clean/dirty flash
so iam assuming it has to do something with internal TWRP settings ?
i've attached screen shots of my settings in TWRP

Twrp version is the issue I think.
Happened with me before while I was installing cm14(updating)
Recovery loop it was.

Try updating your twrp
And clean flash.
If that doesn't work try formatting internal as well and then try flashing ( try lineage first!)

Glad to see you had the help but please post in question and answer section. Or under twrp this is for development section. We have to try to keep everything clean easier to find things that way. Just a fyi
