Please help me, I have a Redmi Note 10S. I followed the tutorial and now my phone appears the Redmi logo and restarts, I can't flash the stock rom I flashed the twrp recovery rosemary but when I run the command:

❯ fastboot getvar product // product: maltose Finished. Total time: 0.001s

Previously, the output of this command showed _b show it

❯ fastboot getvar partition-layout
getvar:artition-layout FAILED (remote: 'GetVar Variable Not found')
Finished. Total time: 0.000s

I think this information may be important because when I installed twrp the log appeared

sending boot_a
writing boot_a

Bro we dont need verity opt encrypt.zip file for redmi devices. We only need unlocked bootloader and twrp recovery with stock boot img. We can decrypt the storage using our lock screen password and if its not there then it would be automatically decrypted by custom recovery. We need that file for samsung devices.

Hi Folks! i'm asking for hlep.
I'm stuck in bootloop after flashing twrp-3.6.1_11-1-rosemary-Woomymy.img

Redmi note 10s i just bought new. Bootloader unlocked with MTK Client.
Flashed lineageOS_18.1_Rosemary_UNOFICIAL with twrp-3.6.1_11-1-rosemary-Woomymy.img
Couldn't install OpenGapps pico (insufficient storage space available in system partiton) tried things then had issues (unable to mount system: invalid argument; tried to change file system EXT2/EXT4, not worked nor format system).

Back to stock ROM miui_ROSEMARYEEAGlobal_V13.0.7.0.SKLEUXM_a7b0439b65_12.0.zip
Flash would fail.
Had to extract payload.bin and flashed boot.img , vendor ect to respective partition with ADB. Then MIUI 13 worked. TWRP was gone. Followed a neat tutorial on installing TWRP on MIUI 13 for Note 10s with a TWRP_installer_rosemary(A12) then flashed stock boot.img, then flash current TWRP as said in tutorial worked fine.

I tried to make Backup with TWRP not possible, error:
"createTarFork() process ended with ERROR: 255"

Been suggested to try other TWRP. Flashed twrp-3.6.1_11-1-rosemary-Woomymy.img
then tried to reboot to recovery: Stuck in Boot LooP
No recovery no fastboot. i opened, unplug Batery to swich-off then back on, to either
recovery or fastboot, of course no access with adb nor XiaoMiToolv2

Shows the "Redmi" logo but powers off then tries to boot again.
What have i done Wrong?
Please can anyone Help?

Thanks

Now i'm tring to use MTK_flashTool to unbrick, have i got a chance?

Use MTK Meta Tool or MTK Client to "DIsable Auth" than (without reconnecting or rebooting phone) flash factory ROM using SP Flash Tool. Do NOT use "Format/Format All" in SP Flash tool just flash in "download only" mode. Scatter file is in images folder of fasboot factory ROM. Hope it helps.
PS: As someone who completely wiped UFS, spent days unbricking and now have only SIM2 working i strongly do not recommend to mess up with SP Flash Tool formatting.

Good morning, I just rooted the RN10S device, my question is, what is the method to install a custom recovery like TWRP or OF already with Magisk running? Thank you so much for your help, guidance and advice!

Thanks for help!
i'm still in bootloop with no access to fastboot nor recovery. i wish i could flash boot.img and else i extracted from payload.bin but ADB won't detect device
Use MTK Meta Tool or MTK Client to "DIsable Auth"
Done that: using MTK Meta Utility 92.
(i need to tick Disable Auth, than connect USB with batterie disconnected, connect batterie and press vol -
i get the message "Disable(SLA/DAA) success! you can now use SP Flash Tool"

As you said, with SP Flash Tool V5 2216 i try to download the scatter file from ROM rosemary_global_images_V13.0.12.0.SKLMIXM looks good but SP Flash Tool returns

ERROR: STATUS_ERR (0xC0010001)

Please gimmi advice thanks a lot

Very strange. I could only recommend using mtkclient to partially flash phone before using flash tool. If it will not work i'm out of ideas.
Code:
python mtk w --parttype=lu1 preloader images/preloader_k85v1_64.bin
python mtk w boot_a images/boot.img
python mtk w boot_b images/boot.img
PS: You don't need to disable auth for mtkclient to work this tool uses exploits to bypass it under hood.

@miravision I think we should also add credits to people like @J6idot , @mastersenpai05 and Myst33d who did a great job helping building twrp.

Hello. As one of the developpers of this TWRP DT, I am not really OK with that.

Firstly, you linked the wrong device tree Real link here

Also, I didn't published this on XDA because this TWRP is still in BETA. And it contains major bugs, like flashing dynamic partitions in fastbootd. Even if bugs will me fixed, I was planning to wait a release candidate before publishing the release here (this will require even more testing, if people want to help us testing, this will be even better).

So please, can you delete this or add clear warnings about the beta state?

    Regards, Woomy

Since this is not yet official, only proceed if you are competent enough and brave.

(If you need instructions on how to flash, please do not flash this with fastboot method)

    Nice, it's beta 2
to apply encrypt patch, you must decrypt first.
    So
    - you have to disable security password/fingerprint in your parameter first.
    - then reboot in recovery
    - format data
    - reboot again to recovery and apply patch.
    2
test (beta 2) after disabling security (fingerprint and pin)

    - flashing magisk.zip -> ok
    - backup -> ok
    - restore -> ok
    - MTP internal SD -> ok
    - MTP external SD -> nok, file manager stuck on it (win10 or linux mint)
