[TWRP][PORT] Lava Iris 860 TWRP 3.0.2

I need help to create a custom recovery and to root the Lava Iris 860! Tried searching all over the internet couldnt find and custom recoveries or rooting methods that work. Tried using MTK Droid tools but it doesnt seem to support the ROM structure. According to the tool the phone contains the MT6735P chipset. Any help to guide me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

With major help from @Romeotamizh I was able to get twrp ported to our device.

Backup, Restore, Wipe ,Install works... Couldnt get ADB Sideload to work

Procedure :
1. Take necessary Backups
2. Unlock Bootloader (Will erase your phone so take backup)
3. Open SP Flash Tools
4. Load the scatter file
5. Select Only Recovery and point to twrp860.img
6. Click Download

Sir I had ported twrp860 all gone correct but while flashing supersu it got bootloop
