Though it is working ok, wanted to know if it was compiled with specifics to Honor 8 Pro.

It's fully working for me except reboot option. Need to manually switch on ur phone

my device DUK-L09(C432)

your version (2018-10-04) is more useful, than the other twrp-roms which i tested.
- MTP works (yay)
- can read decrypted data
- can flash images (recovery)

errors:
('/system' is stock, '/data' is decrypted, saving to internal storage)

failed to unmount '/system' (device or resource busy)
E:unable to load '/twres/languages/de.xml'

testing backup:
backing up data (excl. storage)
createTarFork() process endet with ERROR: 255
Backup failed. cleaning backup folder
(failed backup folder was not cleaned..., 'folder' & 'data' are still there)

testing restore:
failed to unmount '/system' (device or resource busy)

something went wrong,
now i stuck on the loading screen...
i will try a '/data' wipe
somehow it will not boot on custom roms (lineage & ResurrectionRemix on OpenKirin.net)

i give up.
do not work, there is a issuge with '/system' & custom roms
sad

Sorry forgot to mention that system won't unmount its not a problem.

Now for flashing rom Actually system partition mentioned as system image it works for me perfectly.

Backup also works n i can restore as well.

I have flashed all most every GSI custom rom and never wiped system or data because never faced any issues at all.
