Yes but you will be unable to flash A13 ROMs with A12 TWRP, I think.

anyone with tutorials on how to flash custom recovery? TWRP's (unofficial) tutorial got me on fastboot loop. Thanks!

When trying to boot into it, it is giving me the next error:

There's a comment where you can correctly flash custom recovery in F4 GT and other devices.. (great help!)

Apparently, you can't use fastboot boot command, you'll get that Bad Bufffer error
