TWRP Recovery Theme 480x800

Ok, update...

The Pit_Boy_V3 theme is pretty much complete. However, this theme is not based around TWRP 2.6.3.1 or .2. That means, there is a spot for "format data" which isn't available so the icon does not appear even though it is dealt with in the xml file. I will have to engrave the icon into the background image to resolve this. Also, it does not have a spot for partitioning the sdcard, so this icon is an extra in this theme for the named TWRP Version's. I have to figure out what to do with it. That means, either remove this option completely, or find it a home. Also, when you go to choose your options of rebooting there is a choice for "download" which doesn't apply to the named TWRP Versions mentioned above. Will have to engrave the icon to that as well. In the same page menu, there is an extra icon for the bootloader which I will have to find a home for it. Other than those mentioned issues, the port is complete.

This particular theme appears to be built around a much newer version of TWRP so I have to adapt it to a lower version. This was unexpected lol.

Edit: To many of you reading this you will probably not understand what I am saying. Those who do (or do not), just know that using this theme once I have it uploaded after completion will not render any one from using it.

Some icons in this theme will be disabled (or enabled) automatically depending upon which version of TWRP you are using.

This is normal.

@lordvincent 90 just tested the Pip_Boy_V3 Theme. I believe it is safe to assume he rather enjoyed it. I look forward to releasing this port to you all.

I see you're good with porting these themes.. what about an MIUI-styled theme (white, grey rounded)? I know people who want it for this resolution ;)

I really don't have a theme but a concept image: http://i.imgur.com/836MU.png if can this help.

xpirt
Hmm, I could do it. But I don't make themes personally, I only modify them. If @lordvincent 90 could complete the necessary images for such a concept then I could start working on the xml to get the codes to line up with the theme and have it working without a problem.

Meanwhile, I found this version. I can port it if you want this lol.

OP updated with future Themes to be ported over to 480x800. Many thanks to @z31s1g for granting me permissions as well as his hard work rebuilding such themes. Be sure to check out his work guys and give him a thanks. Also, for @NorthLight and @Primokorn for their awesome work as well. Dont forget to stop by their thread and give them thanks as well. If not for all their work, I wouldn't have anything to port lol.

Wow, Great job mate, I know how it's a long work.
Happy to see this theme in 480x800.
Thanks !:good:
Yea, that theme was actually a challenge lol. But it was fun and I enjoyed porting it. If I had more free time I could port these themes faster, but I have to make due with what I got. :)

Holofied Play theme port is complete. However, when doing a backup of your device it only gives the option for system and data. Other partitions are not listed. I will not be releasing this theme until I figure out the problem. Sorry guys.

Edit: I found the problem. Original Theme is calling the wrong information from the Recovery Kernel. Quick fix. Will hopefully have this done and uploaded tonight. If not, then tomorrow.

Edit: @lordvincent 90 is currently testing the theme. Two heads are better than one ;)

What? Where? Impossible!
No, it was actually correct. In the backup page of the theme it gives a list for storage and partitions. For storage it calls for tw_storage_path and for partitions it calls for tw_backup_list. Because they look so familiar in the xml file I got the two mixed up. I then took a notice of the width and height after diffing the file that I failed to correct them. The problem is fixed now though haha. I did notice that it doesn't give the option to reload a theme in the advance page. Went to go add it, but all the spaces are taken up for other things like HTC Dumlock for example. So, I will probably have to place this over in the restart page. I want to add it because it is annoying having to reboot the recovery when checking for changes lol. Will look weird though because in the advance page when used for our twrp version a lot of those options do not appear, but I can't remove them because another person using twrp may offer those features so I have no intentions of deleting them for that reason. I also noticed that when you go to flash or mount that you can't select a storage. Only way to do that is by going in to the backup page and selecting either internal or external sdcard then going back and proceeding forward. Not a big deal but will be convenient if that option is also available in such other pages so I may be adding those in as well. I plan to make some modifications needless to say haha. I'm currently using TWRP 2.6.3.1 so I'm sure you can see what I am talking about. ;)

Oh, and in the about theme section, I took the initiative of adding my name at the bottom in black text due to the porting and the changes needed to be made.

This theme is pretty sick. If you don't mind, I would like to change the lock screen to the actual Google play image with the triangle and colors, and blah blah blah haha.

@z31s1g

I really like how the xml file is really organized along with the side notes. If more people could apply that same concept it would make things easier on the eyes lol.

Whatever it takes... ;)

As for the reload theme button, I also had it placed on the reboot page. But I removed it, because using it gave me problems. Afterwards, when calling an overlay (like the lockscreen or the storage selection dialog or the overflow menu button) the recovery crashed and rebooted. So I started using the reboot recovery option instead. Meanwhile the problem seems to be gone in newer twrp versions, so I added it back for the 2.7 update (along with some major changes for the standard themes).

Anyways, keep up the good work!
