I got all those issues.
3.0: phone restarts when getting into Recovery Booting
3.2: fails when NAND writing.
Can't flash it through ADB. FASTBOOT won't detect the device.
Can't enter Download mode through Down+Middle+Power buttons. The only way is through ADB REBOOT BOOTLOADER command.
