It is not permanent recovery. You have to run TWRP by ADB. fastboot boot TWRP.img then you have to do faktory data, run again TWRP by ADB, send rom to SD and flash via TWRP.

Thanks for your help on how to solve the problem.
P/s: PC windows 10 pro have fully installed drivers (QDLoaderHS_USB_Driver, android_winusb...) and in twrp can't choose usb otg.

Hey guys, i have xiaomi.eu firmware version 12.5.5, i'am not able to update via common update in phone settings, because i have to run it via twrp or fastboot.
Because i have all my data and phone configured as i like it (and i dont want to reconfigure it) the question is next.
Will i have to wipe my phone data after installing twrp via ADB?
Will i have to wipe phone data installing new xiaomi.eu update?

If you do not change the type of rom stable / stable, weekly / weekly eu rom, you will not lose your data both with fastboot commands and with twrp

Modded recovery without dangerous switch slot button

there can't be any updates because source code is missing, someone need to create new twrp from scratch
Well, I'm working on two currently for the mi 11 and the mi 11 ultra. My bootloader unlocks Tuesday so hopefully it all works.

Edit: I have made a twrp image if anyone wants to test it. Fair warning, I have no idea if it works.

If you find any bug, feel free to report it down below.

Credits to @Cozzmy13 for decrypting the TWRP image! Here's the summary of events :

    1) Chinese TWRP gets leaked onto my Telegram chat.
    2) The recovery image is encoded and requires a dodgy chinese tool to decode it.
    3) @Cozzmy13 finds a way to decode the image and make it bootable .
    4) Me and Augustin El Metralleta try flashing the image, and we find out it works.

For anyone gonna flash official MIUI ROM via this TWRP:
You have to open the official MIUI zip and find META-INF\com\android\metadata
    and open it as a text file;
modified the "pre-device=" key as "venus".
And it should look like this: " pre-device=venus ".
Repack the MIUI zip and you should good to go.

UPDATE : Me and Cosmin are looking for a way to flash the TWRP image without using a dodgy CN tool. I will be updating the instructions soon.
