Ok thanks, now why i can't save English language, when change it will be back to Chinese language, so i have to change manually every single times when i boot to twrp

I understood what you meant.
I don't have your device but a 12 pro, I just tested with the same version without problem.
Try to flash the REC version with this TWRP and test. (if the same = bug).
