Use the A13.
There are 4 roms available in A13, 3 are DEV (lots of bugs) and 1 stable beta (2022-08-15,bugs may be present).

Yeap, install the rom with Miflash then the Twrp.
But this Twrp is a REC version, you will have to use the command"fastboot flash recovery_ab twrp.img"or if you have kept the BOOT version, flash it"fastboot boot twrp.img"then update with it.

fastboot boot twrp.img and twrp twrp-3.7.0_12-v6.5_A12-cupid-skkk.img or A13 doesn't work, with fastboot flash recovery(or recovery_ab) recovery.img I get bootloop

The 2 twrp on sourceforge are REC version so not possible to boot with.
The command for REC is "fastboot flash recovery_ab twrp.img".
Can with you make a command to restart on the TWRP, try with the combination of buttons.
Did you get an error on the CMD?
What ROM do you currently have?

Fastboot boot recovery cannot work since you are using a REC version.
Use
"fastboot flash recovery_ab twrp.img".
then reboot with the combination of buttons

No that is the weird part, it says ok but still get a bootloop, trying rebooting into recovery with buttons or with fastboot reboot bootloader, nothing :/

Possible that if you have not removed the security of the lock screen, it blocks at this level.
Do you want to install TWRP to install a Xiaomi EU rom?
