So I want to change from concept 6.0.1 software to official cm 5.1.1, now maintained by @nailyk. I am on locked bootloader, also been reading your posts and 5.1.1. with january patch seems like the software for me (need daily driver with security patch, also a fan of encryption). I am a little scared thou since I need to back up DRM and unlock bootloader. My question is now when I unlock BL how do i flash this TWRP, and then 5.1.1, did not really understand from original post, and some links are not working?

This process should work for you.
Maybe I will open a new thread for the 12.1, not really sure.
Please PM me the non working links (if they are from my posts ) as I can remove them.

New release which include a lot of changes.
Most are TWRP related.
Correct some apps_logs partitions problems, switch back to 3.4 kernel.
Warning this recovery will break stock roms as it use /misc for rom/recovery communication.

Be carefull this TWRP is reported as wiping devices!
I don't know why but mine just got wiped.
Take backup of your datas!

/data without /data/media.
Am 75% I was wrong and I manually wiped earlier but feel it is worth to say there is a risk, as many peoples encounter this issue
(probably due to /misc implementation into this version).

Both latest Downloads [.zip + .img] have the date 20161017, however its v3.1.0-0 from 20170316 ?

I would not try it.
Ive tested RR-ROM for 6633 on my 6603:
Install Error - no prob --> installed another ROM.

A 'strange' recovery installation, however, I would not risk.

The last twrp version use the apps_log partition for rom/recovery communication. This will break stock roms. If you wanna use stock rom choose an earlier twrp version, then wipe apps_log, this way stock should run fine.

If this is so I point this mobile I use it for work and as in my country it is not very safe to load very good mobiles, only for certain occasions that I have free or give me vacations I occupy the rest of my mobiles, also I stole some of them Traveling to my work that's why my wife gave me the Z3 already a year ago and walks well besides that I take care of the battery quite hard all day and take some decent photos.
