Yeah but trying to fix those fields didn't fix anything. I can't be the only one who has ever run into this issue. I did add a Galaxy Watch 4 Classic to my Samsung profile in January and even sent them an email to have them update my warranty and my email address is the same as it ever was, my phone number on the account was still the verification number for 2FA (and I confirmed the 2FA when logging in).
What's hilarious though is that I got a text to both my numbers on my Samsung account confirming order status updates even though when I checked out this time, I wasn't logged in and only used one of them in the field, so it still tied my order to my account (probably based on my email address) but didn't bounce it this time around.
I can honestly say I've never had anything like this happen before and if this phone wasn't the only acceptable replacement for my Pixel 7 Pro (I need dual SIM in some fashion and OnePlus doesn't offer dual SIM on US models anymore, Apple was out because... Apple, and I wanted a flagship but I am not happy with the modem and battery in my Pixel and it's probably just a matter of time before my screen goes defective and needs a third replacement too), I would have given up and they would have lost the sale.
