Maybe yours is shipping soon?I'm not sure that's always the case. I was charged on the 2nd and it still shows.

The only reason that happened this year is cause the Show Day was on Feb 1st and they created the shipping labels on the 2nd. The phones been on hold ever since to ship out today finally.I'm not sure that's always the case. I was charged on the 2nd and it still shows.
Perhaps that's because the order status is ''awaiting dispatch''.
Last year I ordered the S22U on Feb 01 and the charge was added and almost immediately removed until it was shipped. However it took over 4 weeks to ship.
Both orders were 1TB Phantom Black devices.
I think they are now pre-charging to make sure you have the funds (card is valid) then the pending charge returns to you after 1-2 days, then they charge you again when it ships.I guess I can post here now!
I preordered an S23 Ultra on Samsung's website on 2/7/23 in their "exclusive" colour blue, and the order shows as "in process, faster" and my credit card was charged near immediately. It was my understanding that Samsung doesn't charge credit cards unless the phone/item is ready to ship..? Has this changed, am I not remembering correctly, or is this phone already ready to be shipped?
Has anyone else ordered an exclusive colour in the USA and received anything similar? It'd be great to get this ASAP as I'm desperate to test out its camera.
How come none of you believed me? I been telling you Monday was the day for a week now. They do the same thing every year. Now my backordered order has a shipping label at FedEx too, for Monday delivery.
No one doubted you, but this is Samsung and it preorder, backordered, not ordered, cancelled order, no clarity in whatever order, are you sure you ordered? etc process! How come none of you believed me? I been telling you Monday was the day for a week now. They do the same thing every year.
Only applies to final price paid, regardless of offers or trades.Does anyone know how the Rakuten 15% cash back works with the trade-in offers? Specifically, I'd be trading in an S10+ for the S23+ with T-Mobile on the Magenta Max plan. The Samsung site shows that after trade-in credit of $800, I would pay $199.99. So, does the Rakuten 15% cash back apply to the full retail price of the phone ($1000) or just the price that I pay after trade-in ($200)? Obviously it would be nice if it was actually $150 cash that I get back, but I can't find anything that says one way or the other. Thanks for any insight!
Chris
Lucky, still waiting for label creation. My Ups tracking says origin scan in Kentucky and is scheduled for delivery tomorrow.

I just got an email from Tmobile saying its on the way. Maybe you'll get label creation today.
With Rakuten offering 15% cash back for ordering from Samsung, why would they?

Happy happy day, I am in possession of my new device. It was left about five houses down from mine.Well that's pretty awesome on Samsung's part. That is certainly far less hassle than I would have expected and I hope you left a compliment for the rep that did that because that's almost certainly them taking ownership and going above and beyond for you. Very nice.
I never used it before. Maybe I should cancel my order and use rakuten ( I bought from Samsung directly).
The thing that bothers me is it says "up to 15%".
Why not just say 15? Cause up to means it could be from one up to 15 so how is the actual amount determined?
