So I'm currently thinking about buying the Xiaomi mi4c with 3GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. I will be buying from ibuygou.com, with a tempered glass screen protector. It will ship with DHL and will have shipping and duty insurance. In total, it's about 315 U.S dollars.
Anyways, since buying through third party websites is always a risk, I wanted to see if anyone from the U.S has bought a xiaomi mi4c from any third party website and how smooth the whole process was.
Some questions to answer that'd be helpful are:
1) Did you have any trouble with customs and if so, how much did you have to pay?
2)If you paid for customs duty, did you receive the phone first or was the phone retained until you paid?
3)Did the phone come without any damages or problems?
4)How long did it take for you phone to arrive?
(Would really help if people that bought from ibuygou.com also participated in this thread)
