U11 bricked unfortunelly

Hello everyone
I have a problem. Big problem. Unfortunelly i bricked my u11 probably. It does not load recovery (i locked bootloader with twrp inside... yeah i know it wasn't smart).

There are my U11 info:

i tried to flash recovery but its impossible:
(bootloader) HOSD CL#1002308
FAILED (remote: 9 RU_SECURITY_FAIL recovery and bootloader isn't BL_UNLOCKE)
finished. total time: 3.263s

RUU via zip or fastbootRUU (error 22, error 9 etc). Change CID impossible, unlock token doesn't flash, phone system is encrypted and i can't enable unlock bootloader.
Maybe i found bad RUU? I found with my CID, but os version is different and it crashes too. I can't even edit RUU's android_info.txt cause archive "is broken" every time imma trying.
Can you help me with revive of this phone guys and girls?

once again xD i have -8 tries to decrypt password. Trying to write RUU to erase whole problems. But i cant find correct ruu. Still bugs. Header, version, cid.

Yeah but i can't find correct RUU. That's problem. Another RUU are uneditable - i can't edit android_info.txt cause "broken archive" appears.

Yes yes, it works normally. Bootloader mode / download mode. I can boot system but its encrypted by password. Just S-ON / RELOCKED / no Recovery. Fastboot commands works (but not all cause of locked bootloader) i can boot RUU mode etc.
