Here is my build of Ubuntu Touch. It uses @Kevinjoa omnirom device tree and kernel as a base.

BUGS

• camera doesn't work at all
• mtp doesn't work at all
• reboot and shutdown don't work as should.
• any bug reports are welcome even without any logs.

FAQ
Q: Why i can't access my "external" storage from android
A: Because there is different storage layout in ubuntu so you can't access your storage from ubuntu.

INSTALLATION

• flash recovery linked in requirements (i can confirm it is working fine with update packages, other recoveries may or may not work)
• flash bootloader linked in requirements, skip this step if you already flashed newest mako bootloader
• enter recovery
• backup current rom
• backup your data on pc
• do a full wipe (without internal storage)
• flash rom
• flash latest update
• reboot

i found out that front camera is workig fine on vanilla mako kernel. i will compare these kernels and maybe found a solution in future

Do you think it's safe to try to install in a multirom environement? Or it will wipe the whole device?

Do not install on multirom it won't work.

this is not keyboard error, it is caused by capacitive buttons, they should be disabled on kernel level. it is on my private todo list
