Ubuntu Touch - Advent Vega

I've been reading about the new Ubuntu Touch mobile OS, and apparently the only base it requires to port it to a new device is CM10.1. Courtesy of our excellent Advent Vega developers we have a functional CM10.1 build, and I was wondering if anyone had considered using it to port Ubuntu touch to our device, it seems to me like it would be a good match.

We already have a booting Ubuntu Touch build. The most active development is happening on tabletroms for the Advent Vega. Actually I am running Ubuntu Touch on my PoV at the moment. Ubuntu Touch is just a preview at the moment and not a fully developed os . Canonical still has a lot of work to do before this can be of any real use.

i like your Android Mods, you add a realy nice Manual to install to it.
Can you tell me, if this Image usable on the smartbook surfer?
an can you give me a hint, how to install step by step? If there an Exe File like your Images?
How usabil is the ubuntu touch in daily usw ( only Surfing, Music, emails? ) ... is 3g working`???

can someone tell us an Update?
I'll like to see ubuntu touch working on this Tablet, but i have no idea to helb @ this projekt!
Its the right s<mbiosis beetwen Win 8 und Android! ( Using Splitscreen is a realy NICE idea)
