I accidentally posted this on the general UCCW forum - does anyone know where I can find this skin?
It's listed on the google play site as "cleanfolio" or "cool widget" - I've searched dozens of old xda pages for it and in the google play store with no luck. I would really appreciate the help!

I'm no expert but I usually put the image as the background then create an oval object to place over it....
Make it hollow
set the transparency at -1...
then adjust the width and height accordingly

Just adjust the transparency... -1,-2,-3... idk which one makes it completely disappear

Loads of hotspots, about 6 in the top date/time widget. Including a torch/calendar/go sms/dialler.
Plus the text for all the web/movie links etc go to individual apps.
The camera lens opens the camera.
The circular letters are for Facebook/twitter/WhatsApp and email.

grid size
Wi cant figure out the size versus grid size thing
I want a bar that is 5 X 1 and where the objects are very close to the edge but I can't seem to get it
size is 5 x 1
grid size is 4 x 4
I feel like the grid size is where the problem is but when I put it at 5 x 1 it makes a square and when I put it at 1 x 5 it looks right but doesn't work on the home screen
edit I figured it out.. grid size needs to be 2 x 5 for some reason

my temperature is off by 12 degrees and my weather icons are using night when they should be day... is there some setting that I'm missing

Ok guys, I've been out of the loop for about 2 years with developing UCCW wedgets. I can't find the original thread, where you could get the tamplet, and other developing info. Also, is there still an issue with paid skins. Do you still need create a downloader app for paid skins when you upload them to the play store?
What happened? Why did uccw widgets did out so abruptly?

Only the forum has died out, people have decided to have there own pages or groups elswere but I think uccw is still strong..... playstore is proof of that. I personally dont have time for any modding on android these days but still use uccw.

Thread to share UCCW Skins - apk and uzip.
With the new version of UCCW it is easier than ever to create and share skins.
Apks of skins can be created from within app itself.
You don't need to know coding to make apks of UCCW skins. And its free.
Multiple skins can be combined in one apk.
The resulting apk can be uploaded to Google play to share with the world.
Advantages of Apk skins:
1) Easier to install, uninstall.
2) Easier management of skins. Multiple skins in one apk.
3) Apk skins have limited customization. So the users can customize the skin to their liking without deviating from the basic structure and look of the original skin.
4) No dependence on SD card.
5) Users are familiar with apks.

At this moment, its only a english version, but later on i will also make it in dutch... (for people, who want that, please contact me)...
Also, there is one thing that not worked as well, you see 3 icons (bluetooth, wifi, gps), but seems there are problems with the task variables...

- Text: Favourite links (FACEBOOK, GMAIL, GALLERY)

- Picture: Place your own picture
- Battery bar: Choose your own battery bar
