THIS SOFTWARE is intended for devices with Android 11 and it's UI1 and not 4, according to my seller it is most likely a match for your machine (according to picture you posted).

Let me know if works well ... Fingers crossed !
I will test it afterwards as this software is not intended for my device as has XRC mark.
Test of this firmware is AS IS, and I and forum are not responsible for any negative sideeffects.

On image nb. 2 copy HMI : xxx.xxxxx.xxxx.xxx.xxx and search by this number on net, update only for CYID kind of devices.

this link is not specifically for your device but you can try it, before install ask your seller to give you backup copy of original firmware just in case this update fails.

Thank you very much for your help. Today I installed the firmware everything works fine. even faster than Android 9. But I don't like the interface. Could you suggest a firmware with a different interface or help me choose a different launcher?

I don't have any of these, maybe someone has newer with good UIs... Look for it accross forum.
Also you can change theme for UI with theme.apk application, get it from forum , go into thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...d-units-updates-and-solutions.4167669/page-14

Is this UI suitable for your device ?

See if you have original update files from seller and see in a name of zip file if you have UI1, if do choose nb. 2

Thanks for the tip. Yes, there are original update files from the seller. I installed this firmware. You were right, it's the same interface. I can't find a firmware with a different interface in any way. Please, please help me.

If not same use theme.apk application and change between themes. Find it on link that I posted earlier in this thread.

Thanks for the help. theme.apk didn't work for me. but I'll take a chance and installed the Junsun v1 firmware from feloix94 thanks to him for the firmware. it works fine.
