Ui preference

Hi I'm just wondering that why do people like stock android so much? specially here in the oneplus forums...
Wouldn't it be nice to have like cool little animations & features like on samsung/xiamo/apple phones? This is something I can not understand people not wanting...
Legit considering turning my op 8 pro for a lower specced iphone, samsung or xiaomi device just for some nicer looking ui(+ extra bloatware)...lol am I alone in this boat?

Stock android looks nicer than the terrible skins companies are preinstalling their device with

Thats what i loke about regular android, how simple it is, i do not like complex animations and such
