UICC Unlock without sprint

Has anyone been able to figure this out yet or do you have to truly go through sprint here? I refuse to continue paying for their service but I love my note 3 and since I'm expected to pay off the phone then I expect full access to every part of the phone, not limited to, but including, the ability to unlock to use on another carrier. However I don't think sprint will grant me an unlock for my note since I'm behind on payments, then again, they gave me my msl codes for both mine and my wife's note3 the other day without question.

I think this guy is doing them. By cable and in India might be a problem though lol.
