Deodexed and rooted XXLT9 (stock)

UK Orange didn't release a JB version until now and this is the first one. So this will be like the XXLT6 for Australia.
XXLT9=XXLT6=XXLT5 and no significant differences.

Update:

Normal deodexed build with dsixda's kitchen, used PhilZ Kernel for XXLT5. Nothing else changed or removed.

ThaiDai, I installed your Deodexed and rooted XXLT9 and there is one significant difference (for me anyway) and that is LT9 seems to be the firmware from Samsung to fix the HLS streaming audio in the BBC iplayer radio app. This has been a known issue on Note broken @ 4.1.2. Seems like Orange have rolled out with the Samsung patch .

I got the same notification and failure. Tried through Kies but got an error box in chinese, which was helpful.
Weird, my Kies upgrade worked perfectly. They've done something to Kies since the last time I upgraded using it, the actual upgrade procedure seems a lot slicker somehow. I guess it could just be the new animations, but the whole thing seems less clunky somehow.

Well, unless you get random Chinese error messages, I suppose.

Finally a update that I haven't needed to use Kies to install it, thanks Samsung, this was a bug bearer of mine! :good:
Downloaded and installed fine, no issues yet and hopefully there won't be the battery issue going from ICS to JB i had. If i have to do another factory reset to sort out upgrade issues i will be annoyed!

2 things I noticed, i'm running a vodafone uk unit, got the update this morning...

1. I could in fact update via OTA for once rather than having a heart attack over kies

2. I noticed that the phone is generally running smoother, less lag, animations in menus seem smoother, and apps run more stable.
