Are you looking to unlock the boot loader? Try a factory reset and see if that changes anything then raise a support case?

Yep. Done the factory reset and nothing. Got a ticket open currently with Samsung uk support. Never has this issue with any Samsung phone before.
I ordered my sky blue one on the 1st still showing as from the 13th for delivery.
Got mine yesterday the phone in a small box within a larger box and absolutely nothing else not even a cable
That's another thing luckily I had a spare sim opener but I imagine a lot of people will be left fuming
Check the lid of the box - mine was well hidden in there!
The delivery date for the cases say February 17th but for the phone it says February 10th.
Has anyone got their case early? I really don't want to be waiting a week for the case and carry the phone around naked.

Yes I ordered the leather case on sunday the 5th, with delivery of the 13th, and I got it yesterday along with the phone.
Thanks. Wonder why Samsung uk are sending out devices with KnoxGuard active and not able to unlock the bootloader.
This is strange. I just placed my pre order for the 1TB green and the delivery has changed from the 10th to the 17th which is the same delivery date as the case

That 17th date is totally Bogus. It just something the Samsung website throws out there. No basis in fact or reality. Here is an example. The past 3 phones I have pre-ordered from the Samsung website arrived 3-4 days before they were available in stores even though the date said the day the stores got them. I am in the U.S. and mine says the same thing. Feb 17th. But after logging on to the FedEx website it already shows that Fedex has been notified by the shipping manager and the expected delivery date is Monday Feb 13th. So don't pay any attention to Samsung's Guesstimate BS Estimates. Logon to the Carrier in your country if they have a website and look for any info there. That is going to be way more accurate than anything Sammy is telling you.hmm i ordered the 512gb in graphite on the 3rd and my earliest delivery date i could select was the 17th
