You can just cut the label they gave you in half, so your reference is stuck to the parcel.

that too - but isnt the barcode the one that has the reference? not sure if that label means when they scan it at delivery automatically registers that you send it back or not - but either way if it arrives there and they have the box and you have the post office receipt - you will be fine

There were 2 barcodes, one for Royal Mail and a much smaller one for the trade in company.

Got my DPD text this morning, delivery left with a neighbour. No problem i'll grab it when I get home from work.

Opened up the package it an S23+ was staring at me. Not a massive issue but still an issue. Checked the packing list, and it says "S23 Plus".

Checked my email confirmation, I definitely ordered an Ultra.

Phoned up EE and it will be handed over to a returns team to exchange it. They'll get back to me within 3 days.

I may have an S23U in about 2 weeks. Sigh.

How did my order go from an S23U to an S23+ on the packing list??? EE sending out cheaper phones on higher tarrifs?

Sounds like they totally fooked up and you got somebody's else order maybe that sucks still lucky EE sending out early if stock in , orderd 8th from voda still no movement , Hope they exchange it swiftly but from previous dealings with EE can take 2 weeks to process return and exchange ,Good luck

I could understand if the packing list said S23U but it says Plus. How does this happen from such an established company.

I too ordered from Vodafone, but on the 7th. Zero movement since original order acknowledgement.

Mine was due 13th and I got an email last night late (12th) saying due to some bollox beyond everyones control my order had been delayed. I was pretty annoyed as the new ETA provided was 27th Feb!

Sky blue 512mb, and that still shows in stock on the Sammy page! I actually concidered pressing the big black cancel button....

However around 12 hrs after receiving the dreaded delayed email (today) I got another one saying it was being prepared for dispatch, followed by my dpd confirmation that it's arriving tomorrow so don't lose heart if you get same emails in the UK

Just talked to a friend telling me there might me movement tomorrow night (Thursday 16th). I am not sure if this is accurate but I will definitely keep an eye.
