Anybody else got a pre-order on Samsung's website for 17th Feb? It said 17th Feb for delivery when I ordered last week but it's still showing as processing.
Ordered S23 Ultra green last Saturday from Samsung website and was offered a delivery date of 17th; just had the email from DPD saying they're expecting my parcel and an email from Samsung confirming it's been despatched so I'm hoping it'll arrive tomorrow

I ordered the Green 1TB Ultra last Thursday and was given 24th as my delivery date but my grip case has been dispatched today. I'm secretly hoping they've sent the phone too.
My O2 Preorder has had tracking since yesterday but it's still not moved. Still awaiting carrier pickup
I ordered my Red 512 with cover on the 8th. The cover showed up on the 9th. The phone went to Preparing Dispatch in the 15th.

I've got an email today saying my order has been delayed until the 3rd March. How is that possible when it's showing as in stock on the Samsung website.
That's rough, so sorry. Mine arrived at 09.30 this morning, still tinkering around setting it up. When I ordered I did pay the extra £3.99 for pre-10.30 delivery, don't know if that made any difference... Did you order a special colour? My status went to 'preparing for dispatch' last Tuesday then changed yesterday to dispatched.
Thanks. Samsung customer support has been useless, can't tell me anything. No I just ordered the green one, 512gb. Gutted, but it's #firstworldproblems and all that. Hope you enjoy yours!
I received confirmation of receipt on Monday 13 February. I'm still waiting for confirmation that everything is fine ...

i sent my s22 ultra back Mon 13th with special delivery, havent got a reciept or anything yet, i thought i would had heard something by now
You should have an email from the trade in team, reply to that with the tracking number
I got an email that was a trade in confirmation a day or two after I received the phone and I followed the instructions and sent the phone back using the special delivery service at £7.25, but that was 4 days ago, I'm beginning to think something is wrong, the royal mail tracking number says it was delivered the next day before 1pm

Used a referral code to get 10% off to bring it down to £944 and then some weird hack of adding a £34 USB flash drive brought the price down instead of up. Ended up coming to £850. Also went via topcashback and an extra £43 quid has tracked. All in all £807. Not bad!3
That 17th date is totally Bogus. It just something the Samsung website throws out there. No basis in fact or reality. Here is an example. The past 3 phones I have pre-ordered from the Samsung website arrived 3-4 days before they were available in stores even though the date said the day the stores got them. I am in the U.S. and mine says the same thing. Feb 17th. But after logging on to the FedEx website it already shows that Fedex has been notified by the shipping manager and the expected delivery date is Monday Feb 13th. So don't pay any attention to Samsung's Guesstimate BS Estimates. Logon to the Carrier in your country if they have a website and look for any info there. That is going to be way more accurate than anything Sammy is telling you.hmm i ordered the 512gb in graphite on the 3rd and my earliest delivery date i could select was the 17th
