i manage to port TWRP for Super.. but touch screen don't work in twrp and is necessary to use an OTG mouse for all operation in recovery.
i'm trying to share the kernel issue about touch screen work in recovery with kernel guru that i know..

SD card for UMi Super - Not able to use EXFAT

When I try format the card to exfat or ntfs the phone says the card is damage and I need to reformat it in the phone, the problem with this is that the phone makes the card a FAT32, and FAT32 is only able to store files up to 4GB.
Any work around for this? I want to use EXFAT or NTFS to store my files..

Found answer:
No one of MediaTek based smartphones supports the exFAT file system since MediaTek hasn't licensed it from Microsoft.

Is there any workaround for this?

I decided to combine the SD-card with the Internal memory, that way you can use files that is bigger than 4 GB.

latest released OTA 20160608 totally waste fingerprint recognition... very bad, slow, not accurate.. the previous version works well..

Got my UMI Super yesterday and i have to say it's a really good phone.
Build quality is good, everything is working as intended, all I'm waiting for now is root so I can use xposed

Did you flash the twrp recovery? Touchscreen not working but you can use the otg to navigate. Any one try to flash supersu 2.46 or 2.65? Nandroid back up first.

Thanks I know about the TWRP and the touch screen not working but I wanna wait for a fix Also I don't have an otg cable atm:/

Anybody else's sim tray cover loose? When out of the phone it wobbles a bit despite being securely attached to the sim tray, cant tell if it supposed to be like that or not. When in the phone it's fine.
