Totally agree with 2nd observation. My wife huawei with 5MP have better pictures. UMI devoloper must improve camera...
Fristly, make sure you are on 3.05 firmware. Secondly please visit our facebook page and check out those pictures taken by UMI ZERO shared by others UMI ZERO user. If your quality is different from others on Facebook, private massage us on facebook we will assist you to solve the problem.

The big 3G sign will always be in the notification bar if you've phone connection, it has nothing to do with data connection (I agree it's confusing), if you've also data connection there will be a small 3G logo above the connection stripes.

It's getting worse and worse for me...
Today I was navigating with the TomTom app and at the battery point of 15% I connected the car charger, even with the charger connected the battery went from 15% to 1% in 5 minutes and then it slowly charged to 3% when I arrived at home. Besides that I was making a phonecall and the screen switched on and off when I was just moving a littlebit with my ear, once the connection got lost and after hanging up afte the 2nd try the phone made a screenshot, changed the time setting from 24hrs. to 12hrs. and started the TomTom navigation app.
I received my device with 3.01 and updated to 3.03 using the OTA method, I want to try the method to get the most stable version of the original ROM this weekend (and share my experience) so please let me know what's the best method to get the most stable version?

P.s. I decided to buy the UMI Zero because of the great hardware specs but I almost reached the point that I've to admit it's my worst buy so far, please do your best to change my mind and update the ROM so that everything works as it should.
Is it fix with 3.05 firmware?

1. CPU is, indeed, 6592T, however, to prevent overheat that everyone were complaining about, our developers decide to decrease the CPU’s frequency. We return the frequency back to normal in the latest update.
2. Capacity is 2750 mAh. Do you really think that the device with AMOLED display, 8-core CPU, 2GB of ROM will survive a day with lower capacity?
3. I understand that it is confusing to see in the ROM file name with the other brand, however, ROM was imported from the devices that we made before. Developers just didn’t think that it’s necessary to change the file names. Look at our Facebook page. There are people who doing almost professional photos with our device.
4. And Finally. The problem with sound on some devices caused not by the wrong sound-chip but because of the wrong headphones. Our device have difficulties with the Samsung type jets, which shorter. We recommending use Bluetooth headphones or iPhone (Apple) type jet headphones. We are really sorry for that.
