For some strange reason... i never had to wait to unlock on my last three xiaomis (redmi note 4x, mix2, max3)

bro i will upload soon and for encryption u need to enter the password of the rom or format the internal storage once and u can take normal like screen shots like we take in roms using vol down key & power key.On the next recovery u can flash miui eu without any issue

Nope, no special account. I have even used my mi account to unlock my friend's mix2s, also no waiting time strangely, then again, im not complaining!

the device is encrypted and is not getting decrypting the twrp is for sure treble supported. Try decrypting TWRP by entering the password of the rom like 0012 or what ever u have set it on your rom if the password doesn't decrypt tell me then it is the issue of the encryption
