Installation steps:
0.Download latest twrp based on RUI firmaware here>Here/download
1.Flash twrp via fastboot

fastboot flash recovery twrp-RUIFW-x2-dev.img

1. Download ROM
2.Go to twrp wipe,dalvik,cache,system,data,vendor
3.Flash ROM
4.Go to wipe>Fomat data type "yes"
5.Reboot
