Unable to Flash Soft Bricked GT-N7100

Hi everybody , My friend have this Galaxy Note II (GT-N7100) , he called me and tell me he can't turn on the Note II , it stuck in Samsung Logo and stay like that all time , till the Battery is charged ! I read some information online and i realize that phone was Bricked (Soft Bricked cause ai can't boot in Recovery mode but i can bot in Download Mode ! I Try to fla**** (N7100XXUEMK9_N7100VFGEMK4_N7100BUUEMK2_HOME.tar.md5 ) with Odin 3 3.09 but i Fail and give me this mesage

I think that EMMC chip is damaged and new motherboard is requiered.
