unable to install skype in china for lumia620. It says that it is not available for china . is there non-chinese firmware for lumia 620? please help

Well, if SKYPE is not supported in CHINA, even if you get it installed anyhow, it will not work. Services will be restricted by the government there.

By the way, you can follow the following steps to get SKYPE working there.
1. In your live account change the country to any other country, like US. This should do the trick. If it does not work proceed to step 2.
2. Change your phone LOCALE, COUNTRY and TIME ZONE. restart the phone. This should work.

If not, contact your admin or ISP.
