FRP does not have to be disabled, that is incorrect. I can unlock and relock all day long with FRP on.

If it just says, "OKAY" that doesn't mean anything.

Have USB Debugging enabled, forget about OEM UNLOCK and factory reset protection, that is misinformation on here by people usually just guessing.

REMOVE MICRO SD CARDS or U11 won't relock, even if the card is "ejected" under storage menu. THE CARD CANNOT PHYSICALLY BE IN THE PHONE IN MOST CASES, IT CAUSES ISSUES.

After USB debugging enabled, reboot into download mode (while hooked up to the factory USB cable) by:

typing, "adb reboot download" OR

holding power button and volume down until it reboots into download mode (yellow text)

then type, "fastboot oem lock" from the command line in your fastboot directory.

you should see a screen pop up on the U11 asking if you want to relock along with a bunch of other text, select YES via volume button and use power button to confirm. If you don't get the message on your phone screen it isn't working, you need that message. Good luck.
Dude! You are god sent! worked for me! Thanks a ton! :):good:

Phone started acting weird. Vibrate motor stopped working. Apps started failing more often yada yada yada so I too decided it was time to relock. I did all steps above but now I'm getting messages like your device cant be trusted and your device has a different OS installed and cant be booted. The furthest I can get in booting is to the device encryption page to which I have no idea how to bypass. Any help? Oh and vibrate motor works again. So at least that part work HA.

Should include I can not boot into recovery either. Message states "your device is corrupt it can't be trusted and will not boot".
