Unable to make Conference call in MIUI 8

I'm using MIUI 8 - 8.0.1.0 Global ROM by [email protected] But not able to make Con call on any SIM slot. Surely its not a service provider issue. Please help me on this.

I m also using same ....having micromax a310.....try reflashing it ....its not ROM issue ......
