Unable to mount /system in SafeStrap

So I'm currently running JasmineROM 2.3.4 on rom slot 1. I really liked it, so i decided to flash it to my stock slot. For some reason I am unable to mount /system on the stock slot. I can mount /system in any of the rom slots just not the stock slot. Every time i try to wipe the stock slot it says unable to mount /system, could not wipe /system. I tried to manually mount it by going to advanced, then to mounts. It doesn't let me select the system check box. I even tried to mount it via terminal command in safestrap but it says could not find system in /proc/mounts. Can anyone help me out? I'm running stock 4.4.2 NC4.
