Unable to Switch ON A110Q

I have 2 issues with my phone

When charger is connected, the charging symbol is displayed but reg light or charging indicator not displayed.
When Power ON, Canvas Logo is displayed but phone is not started.
I have performed factory reset using recovery option but I am not able to start my phone

Please help me in Switching on my phone as well as Recovery of my Contacts.

Charging LED not working can be a ROM bug, btw were you trying a new ROM when this problem started? atleast give some info about your problem or your phone. also did you try flashing some other ROM?
