Have the same issue, got the unlock code from AT&T and it'll only work until I restart the phone. Contacted HTC and they asked me to get a new SIM from T-Mobile - not sure if that'll help. Has anyone solved the issue?

there is no way even after installing new custom rom same problem for almost all, its a hardware problem no software i think

the problem is only for htc titan 1, titan 2 has no problems with unlocking code

There was a way to solve this, Had personally flashed it and it did resolved the problem of unlock code on every boot, Lemme see if i can find it it was over Youtube.
