Unbind forgotten Mi Account (Forgoten email and password)

Guys I would like to ask if there is a way to unbind a Mi account from our mi 5s plus. My brother, the previous owner of the phone, gave it to me, but he forgot the password and email address of the mi account. There is no way we can log-in and delete the existing device on his account. I want to use my own mi account on this phone for security of my files. I will appreciate if you guys could help me out.
