when you plug the phone to your pc
is it detectable or not
if the pc can detect it
it can be re-flash

I am having the same issue.

I have Lenovo A6000 plus, and it is currently dead (Nothing on screen except vibrate).
My pc can not detect the phone (Lenovo A6000 Plus)

I tried with Minmal ADB and Fastboot but it shows error: device not found when i type (command): adb reboot Bootloader

I'm afraid that your ship is fried up if you under warranty go service center say nothing about rooting or custom rom
and they replace it to you

Dude, i faced the same issue! and let me guess, you used TWRP to flash the ROM, right?
Anyway, I was flashing CM11 as it was said that it was stable!(not true!) I used minimal adb and fastboot to boot it into recovery and when i tried it with TWRP it failed! (*Footer is wrong*) I rebooted and it was stuck in bootloop!

SOLUTION:

You'll need Minimal ADB and Fastboot drivers for this and the required flashable zip files for this

Recovery downloads:
CWM - "www15.zippyshare.com/v/j9lHGdJf/file.html"
TWRP - "www75.zippyshare.com/v/vHVH8ARI/file.html"

1. start it in it's bootloader (vol-down + power) (you'll see "long press power button can reboot the phone" at the bottom of the screen in tiny letters)

2. connect your device to your PC (it should be able to read your device and you'll see the lenovo a6000/plus in "my computer/this pc"). If the zip files are not in the sd-card then please do copy them there in the root folder (the main folder once you open the external memory/sd-card). (* IMPROVISE!! do this by using a card reader too, if needed*)

3. start the command prompt in the folder where the minimal adb and fastboot drivers were installed and type "adb devices". This will show your connected device.
NOTE: unzip and copy the REQUIRED "recovery.img" (either CWM or TWRP) into the folder where the minimal adb and fastboot drivers were installed so as to boot into the desired recovery mod and then proceed into the next step.

4. then type "fastboot boot recovery.img" (use only TWRP for flashing stock ROM and CWM for custom ROMs)

5. once in recovery select the necessary ".zip" file(s) and flash. (Download link for stock ROM is given at the end)

6. if the recovery says "done/success", reboot and ENJOY!!! (note: give it time for its "FIRST BOOT" ;) ) if not try a different recovery and proceed from the 3rd step.

Hope this works! :fingers-crossed: Good luck! :good:

Stock ROM:
A6000 - "firmwarefile.com/lenovo-a6000"
A6000plus - "firmwarefile.com/lenovo-a6000-plus"

**Copy the links, paste them in your browser's navigation tab and hit "Enter" to go to the sites :p

Dude, download and install Minimal ADB and fastboot drivers from this link (FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY):
"techolaty.com/94/minimal-adb-and-fastboot-tutorial.html"

If you already have them, then do the next step:

Connect your phone, if the sound comes, then open the command prompt in the folder you installed the Minimal ADB and fastboot and type "adb devices" and then hit Enter. It would look like this:

"techolaty.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/adb-lenovo-a6000-plus.png" (open this link and see)

If you see a device connected in the command prompt (like in the pic), then you might have chance! next type:
"adb reboot bootloader".

You should hear the sound disconnecting and reconnecting after some time (WAIT SOME TIME AFTER THE DISCONNECTING SOUND)

If the connecting sound from your PC comes, type "fastboot boot recovery.img" (this will boot into recovery through adb)
NOTE: keep the CWM or TWRP "recovery.img" in the folder (CWM for custom ROMs and TWRP for Stock ROMs) where the "Minimal ADB and Fastboot driver" is installed before typing "fastboot reboot recovery.img"

After this, flash the required ".zip" file(s) and reboot.

Try this dude..... I really hope this works! :fingers-crossed:

help please
Your device is hard bricked and when I say hard bricked, I mean it sincerely. Like bat**** bricked. This is a special mode which you are seeing right now without any display but your device will probably be recognized under QSUSB_DLOAD. You need to find blank flash files first and then after boot your windows pc with 'Driver Signature Verification' disabled.

Well, you will need to find that out by yourself as I currently do NOT own this device but have successfully fixed a lot many phones through pyserial and python programming along with blankflash on Motorola devices using Qualcomm 8096 chips.
Follow this guide : http://boycracked.com/2015/06/03/unbrick-lenovo-a6000/
