Question Unbrick tool for the 6/6 Pro yet?

For sure you will need the partition table, rawprogram, & a firehose for the SD888; I'd be surprised if the one for the RM5 would work on the RM6.

Absolutely agree. Just exploring potential options. I had hoped there was a way to push commands via firehose. It was an interesting exploration nonetheless.

i was in same situation like you,,start RM6 only on fastboot but thie works ,download you rom from this page https://drive.google.com/drive/mobile/folders/1BE4FSGDcfXavYoJ3Kw3toGMiPHgCGakC?usp=sharing
extract boot.img to your folder with fastboot
start mobile in fastboot
and open cmd.
fastboot device
if you see your device try next command
fastboot flash boot boot.img

restart your phone and you have stock recovery,,wipe data and you have unbricked device

i download latest twrp but not working and after install twrp i was stucked in fast boot like you

Hey maybe contact them again and ask them for replacement while also sending them the picture of the response that op received ?

Tell them that you have the same problem and would like to receive a replacement as well - from what I saw you are stuck at google account part of the setup? As long as it's a bug and not a case of where your device is frp locked because there used to be a different google account on the phone before factory reset I think you have a pretty good chance of arguing for a replacement.

It’ll only work if your bootloader is unlocked. If it’s not, then you’re SOL like a bunch of us

I mean why even share with the rest of us the screenshot + ur experience with their support if ur not willing to stand behind it ? Might as well just keep being a ***** then and wait till your case is solved before coming through with how it all went if you're that worried...

I understand that you're worried about the 500$ you spent on the device , but you're going out of your way to beat urself into submission in hopes that they'll be merciful enough to grant you a refund/replacement... You're arguing that asking for the same treatment that you received for a relatively similar problem is bullying them and throwing you under the bus... Isn't that a nice way of looking at the things.

You do you man , I won't judge but I hope this serves as some reference to you in the future. If you're not willing to be implicated with any of this in any sorts of way then maybe you shouldn't be posting any of this in the first place ?

My personal stand is that this is all bullshit , you're spending money on a company that has history of both hardware/software issues on all of their devices in the past with countless of cases of refusing refund/replacements. And you're just perpetuating it... Why are you arguing with other forum members ? You are about to get your phone replacement and that's all you should worry about , you don't work for their company and it's not your job to regulate others. This is ridiculous , no other brand does this and no customer should ever be scared like this for a fkin warranty replacement.
