I succeded to install MZ616 eurpean update on my french MZ615 (retail.fr) and would like to share my experience. I used this ICS fastboot xml leak provided by kent_lkc :

I tried it for 1 hour and every thing seems to be working file (almost same HW). Unless tactile sound (but works well on keyboard?!). System version is now showing 77.128.12.MZ616.Retai.en.EU.
Here's the method I followed:
This method just worked fine for me, after having bricked my device trying to flash US update on my tablet with RSD(stuck on ap fastboot flash mode (s) (flash failure). This is an unsafe method and may brick your device.It is better to wait for official ICS that will come soon. But it can help people that bricked their devices to get it alive
You will loose all your user data.
1- Download and unzip the xml in any folder.
Motorola drivers must be installed, fastboot files present on your machine.
2- From the extracted folder, copy the files : boot_signed, cdrom_signed, devtree_signed, motoboot.bin, preinstall, recovery_signed, system_signed, and flash_fastboot_erase_userdata.bat to your fastboot directory.
3- Edit the "flash_fastboot_erase_userdata" file to remove the line "fastboot flash radio radio.img"
4- Reboot in fastboot, and launch the script.
5- You have ICS
PS : if you get bootloop after reboot reboot in fastboot and tape "fastboot erase userdata".
I only tested this process with my MZ615 tablet. but should also work for any european retail (no warranty on this!!).
