Undo the omnirom 5.1.1 installation

I tried to install the omnirom build and it really messed up the ouya. I think it's because it tried to upgrade to lollipop 5.1.1 and it changed the directory structure. The only thing I could get working again is the ouya image however there is no spot for download anymore. Instead there is a 0/download. Anyway to flash firmware so that the box is completely back to ouya. Right now it is saying there is no external storage. Can anyone help me out of this problem?
