Uninstalled apps

Hi there, I had uninstalled 2 apps but the app drawer is showing these as blanked out and with a small sd symbol next to it... Any idea how to remove these.. I tried uninstalling the blanked ones.. Although they go away for a while.. But they reappear... Any help?
