Uninstalled System App gets Automatically Reinstalled

I tried uninstalling certain system apps via Titanium Backup such as Play Movies & TV but to my horror, PlayStore reinstalled them immediately.
It's not a huge deal but I dislike seeing apps on my app drawer that I will never use. Alternatively, I could freeze it but I rather free up the space.
Has anyone had any luck in permanently uninstalling system apps?

You could try using your root explorer type app and delete the apk. Should be gone after a reboot.

I always use solid explorer to do that. Works every time

I have the same problem. Have you guys been able to use a file explorer to do it? Root Explorer just says that the delete fails and Solid just hangs during the delete process. Anyone figure this out?
